Why it matters:
This Executive Briefing was produced by the Task and Finish Group to introduce Neighbourhood Group Clinics – a new iteration of the Group Clinic model – to those tasked with commissioning and providing Neighbourhood Health.
It sets out what Group Clinics are and details how the proposed Neighbourhood Group Clinic model will accelerate delivery of integrated care and sustain the Neighbourhood Health model.
